I always considered myself an avid reader and aspirational author, but it wasn't until tragedy struck my family that I became determined to fight for my nearly forgotten dreams as dauntlessly, courageously, and bravely as my little boy fought for his life. From the trenches of throwing myself into reading to escape the awful reality of losing my son I emerged with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and a single-minded need to be as brave as he was, both for his memory and the sake of my family.

 

My books are eclectic in taste, tropes, and storylines. My pages promise spice, heartbreak, violence, justice, and scenes meant to make you simultaneously swoon and kick your feet. Some are comfort reads, some are full to the brim with vengeful wrath, and some are rooted in finding one's self. The only thing I can guarantee is that each and every main character will find their happily ever after.

I am an intensely private individual, therefore I write under a pen name. However, I will share a little about myself. I am the mom of three beautiful children, one of which is our angel in heaven. I am married to an active duty soldier and as such we have the spectacular opportunity to live in beautiful Germany. My days are spent chasing around an energetic six year old and plugging my ears against the screams of a one year old who is a sassy mini-me, all the while dreaming up new ways to break your heart, mend it together, make you sweat from spice, and remove you from reality for a little while. After all, the world is a tough place. Why not disappear for a chapter...or twenty?
